Return & Exchanges:

Eligibility:

• Items must be Return or exchange Request within 1–3 day of the delivery date.
• Items must be 360* Video, unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged.

Exchange Process:

• Contact our customer service team at riwanaboutique@gmail.com to initiate an exchange.
• You will receive an exchange authorization number and instructions for returning the item(s).
• Pack the item(s) securely and include the exchange authorization number.
• Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team.

Processing Exchanges:

• Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request.
• If approved, we will process your exchange and ship the new item(s) to you within 15–20 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
